Guy Asleep at Red Light Crashes Car

This guy started filming from his balcony when he saw policemen trying to bust the windows of a stationary car at a red light. The driver in the car then sped way from the cops and drove over the concrete setting for flowers in an apartment complex. Later, it was found out that the driver was asleep in the car and when the police tried to wake him up, he got confused and drove away hastily.
